A Charter of Rights sets out the rights of children and young people who engage with your organisation. It also provides information about where they can get help if they feel unsafe.
Displaying a Charter of Rights shows children, young people and their families that you recognise their rights and are committed to respecting them.
You can also include a copy in a welcome pack or induction pack to make sure that anyone new to your organisation is clear on your commitment.
