We have new information about superannuation (super) in the arts.

It’s common for artists and arts workers to work multiple jobs with different work arrangements. This means they may be entitled to super for some jobs, but not others.  

Our expanded website information sets out who gets it, who needs to pay it, and how to get payments right. 

For everyone:

  • Who gets super — Employers and hirers must pay super for employees and some independent contractors, including certain performers, creatives and arts workers.
