Creative Workplaces is seeking a Legal Adviser to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to use your legal expertise to support fair, safe and respectful workplaces in the arts and culture sector. You’ll play a key role in developing legally accurate, plain language information and resources that make complex workplace issues accessible for creatives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Creating plain language, trauma-informed website content, policies, templates and guidance materials
• Building and maintaining a plain language legal toolkit for the sector
• Keeping resource up to date with legislative changes
• Providing specialist advise on working conditions, pay, WHS and workplace respect
• Contributing to submissions, briefs, report and policy documents
